Skopox acquires properties that need renovation, manages the renovation process, and rents out the finished units. This includes:

• Structural and cosmetic renovation: flooring, wiring, plumbing, layout changes
• Tenant sourcing, lease management, and ongoing maintenance
• Assessment of renovation scope — what needs replacing vs. what can be retained

Software projects

Independent development work, separate from the property business:

• Software projects and technical experiments
• Internal tools for property management (tracking, automation, reporting)
• Ongoing self-directed technical work outside of any employer
